At RIPIT Grips, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you have the perfect hold on your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused grips in their original packaging to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
